Originally a 13 storey plus basement level office block that was converted into a 15-storey apartment complex in central Wellington. Levels 1 – 13 were constructed in 1960s and Levels 14-15 (penthouses) added late 1990s.

The works involved Seismic repairs and fitout to ground floor entrance.
